"The employee had a lack of sensitivity and decorum to the package I was shipping. I had a Cologuard box in hand waiting on line and he said to me “come up with your poopy box” and proceeded to scan the box. Embarrassing enough that I felt I needed to give an explanation to why it was better than a colonoscopy. There were other customers in the store. Really terrible!!"
