"I have been going here since i was a young girl and im really disappointed in the service I received from them about a week ago, the charge was ridiculous , my nails are mis shaped and lumpy polish and stickers not put on properly, nail polish was left all on my fingers and cuticles and lucy did it and she is suppose to be the “best “ in the shop , two days after i got my feet done my “gel” polish came off .. straight clean off one nail , i have never had my gel polish come off in 3 days and i went there to spend less money then my usual shop and i spent almost the same it was pointless . I have been upset somce i got them done !"

"I went to this nail salon to soak off my acrylics and get a french gel manicure. The manicure was pretty good and I do not have a complaint about the job that the woman did. The issue with my visit was with the service. There were 2 women working and 1 customer when I came in. The woman who attended me set me up to soak off my acrylics when a 3rd customer came in. Instead of explaining to me what was going on, she went and proceeded to do a full pedicure for the 3rd customer . As I sat there with my hands soaking in acetone, no one said anything to me. Then after the pedicure was done, she proceeded to also wax the 3rd customer. By the time the woman came back to do my nails, I had been waiting an hour and had ended up removing the acrylics and gel myself. Again, the gel manicure she did was perfectly adequate. But the service was horrible and I will not return because of this experience."

"My absolute favorite place to go in Brooklyn. Very friendly staff. Satisfied for over 3 years. I would recommend to anyone. Metered parking in front. The technicians take their time and deliver quality work! I get acrylics and always receive compliments."

"I called and made an appointment earlier in the morning to have a mani and pedi at 1pm with Linda. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment to see the nail tech starting a fill in on another customer. I sit down wait 20 minutes to not even be acknowledged be the tech as to when i will be started. Sadly i wasted 40 minutes out of my day 20 minutes driving there and 20 minutes home. I never got my services because i walked out. I will not return after this experience. And funny thing not even an apology was given. The words I'M SORRY CAN GO A LONG WAY. But unfortunately people don't care that u waste your time these days."

"Ben and Linda are the worst nail technicians. Linda is okay, but she doesn't know how to do current nail styles which explains why most of her clients are elderly women. DO NOT LET BEN NEAR YOUR NAILS. He doesn't know how to polish correctly and is extremely careless about his work. Lucy is the only reputable technician in that place, but she is ALWAYS BOOKED! I've been going there for years for convenience and it's getting worse by the day. Your set doesn't last (unless Lucy or the woman next to her does it) it's horrible. Ben is ALWAYS available, since he and his wife own the place they sit directly in the front. Well they need to sit in the backyard..."
