"This place is really good some people are saying how its unhygienic but it's really not and also that when they walk in unannounced they should be able to get their nails done as soon as they walk in but no there not paying attention to you because there are other people who have appointments. I like all the workers there they do their hardest and greet people whether they have an appointment or not. Some people will say they didn't do my nails right because maybe you showed them this pic that was confusing to do but they do try their best. I also saw a review about some girls nail following off and going back the day after and they weren't paying attention to you because you have to make an appointment you can make one there.Also the prices are average not bad or good mostly around 15-30 it's not that much. This place is really good but the bathroom does make me a bit claustrophobic. This place does My nails really good. The customer service is amazing I think I said that a lot but it's really true the nail designs are just Fabulous. I truly recommend this to everybody but if your comfortable somewhere else then stay there you shouldn't change to a nail salon your not comfortable with.But anyways that's it."

"asked for a thin simple french manicure and was entirely dissatisfied. to start, the man that did my nails kept trying to up charge me in any way possible. He kept trying to get me to do gel nails, kept asking why I wanted them so long, kept insisting I do a plain color instead of french. then when he finally did the manicure, the french tips came out extremely thick and if you zoom in on the picture, you will see how uneven each nail is. if someone is not qualified to be a nail tech, they SHOULD NOT BE ONE at all. Not to mention, during this whole time he was asking invasive personal questions. the manicure took 2.5 hours and I had somewhere to be after, so i can back the next day to complain. they had TERRIBLE customer service and did not listen to my concerns. they told me they were busy and could not fix it that day and did not even offer a partial/full reimbursement. I had to come back a THIRD TIME to fix it with another tech, who then tried to charge me for the mistake that THEY MADE. terrible place, terrible service, DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!"

"I’ve come here once before and the lady did a great job (granted, the place was empty and she had focused on me), hence the two stars. I’ve also gotten a pedicure here before and that was fine. Other than that, my most recent experience here was horrendous. I don’t even know what to say. They left me sitting there for an hour and a half soaking off the acrylic tips that they themselves put on 4 weeks prior. This is the type of place that says they have room for you when they definitely do not. They also kept having people come in and telling them there was only a 20 minute wait, meanwhile 5 or 6 of us were sitting there since opening almost 2 hours ago. Pretty sure there is only one good nail tech and it’s the owner. I have never had nails done this poorly before. I took the L and will just never return."
