"I hesitate in writing this review because it will tip people off to maybe some of the best Dominican food in all of Newark and the surrounding area. Let me tell you everyday the food is super fresh and there are different types of rice you can choose from-white, black with beans or yellow or yellow with beans and the meats. Dear Lord. Deliciousness. Short ribs, pork ribs, pernil, oxtails, carne guisado (beef stew) or pollo guisado (stewed chicken). And that's just the start. The menu changes everyday but let me tell you this unsuspecting bodega does not play when it comes to freshly made, delicious Latin cuisine. The menu changes daily so some things I mentioned may or may not be available. Sandwiches are amazing too."
