"The cleaning ladies are amazing and keep the gym clean. Stair machines have been broken for nearly a year, with only one working. Went to this gym for years because it was the closest to my work. Visited the Golds in Newburgh once and immediately canceled my membership here and am now adding 20 minutes of travel to my day just to go to a gym that has working equipment."
"Owner is banking on unused memberships just sitting back.. They have no intention on fixing broken equipment or renewing the facility, it is constantly run down, dirty, and just barely in service. I would love to go to another gym but it is the closest one to me with reasonable free weights (the only thing that seems to work regularly because it needs no maintenance..) owner probably knows many are in the same situation and preying on them... I have no idea what the annual maintenance fee is for.."
"A long time member of 24 Hour Fitness due to where I live but my heart lies with Gold’s. Always serious workouts going on here. The manager was super nice and efficient, allowing me (a visitor on business) to work out on a $15 day pass. Thanks for the great workout! Fix your sign lights though!"
