I called and spoke with Blair (III), and was please to find out they offered pick up & delivery! We arranged a day and time for him to come pick it up, and it was ready within days and delivered right back to my driveway. "I usually don't have extra time to write a review but when you find a place that is exceptional it is worth the effort. Recently I bought a snowblower from a big box retailer, (BTW, learned a lesson from this) and followed the instructions recommended from manufacturer for storing. Over the summer the fuel system was compromised. I brought to Blair's for warranty service already knowing the carb and fuel was not covered.I would have to fight for my money back from the manufacturer if needed. I was given an estimate and expected to pay at least that. Quite a shock when they called to let me know I was ready for pickup. The problem was regarding the fuel system as we knew but they were able to get me running for less than what I would pay for lunch. I was shocked at the honesty of the staff and they eliminated a hassle of a prolonged fight with the manufacturer. I definitely recommend Blair's if you are looking for an honest place to do business with, which is hard to find these days."
