"This firm agreed to take on my WC cast in September 2021. The last time I had any communication from them was September 2022, almost a year ago. That communication was a belligerent phone text from Schotter himself responding to a voicemail I left asking for assistance solving a non-urgent issue with my carrier. He declared he could not drop everything else on my account - which I never asked him to do. Since then my attempts to get any communication from this firm has gone unanswered.
