As a first time home buyer, needed an attorney that was responsive and able to guide me through the process. Mr. Jachts was not only responsive, but also VERY knowledgeable which is the most important factor when dealing with real estate. I faced some hiccups with the seller along the way (like oil tank, repairs etc), and Mr. Jachts was able to work things out with seller's attorney in a timely fashion, allowing to do closing on time and avoiding me fees with my lender. One thing that stood out for me when dealing with this firm is Mr Jachts and his assistant Julieta, always put the best interest of their client first. To me that speaks volume when looking for legal services. Strongly recommend their services on real estate, as well as traffic tickets even criminal cases. I learned they specialize in workers comp too."

"Entering the office there was no one at the receptionist desk, despite the sign saying to knock on the window if no one is at the desk, no one answered or came to address us for the first three knocks. By the fourth knock a man asked who we were and my mother gave her name, and we were asked to stay seated in the waiting room. A few minutes roll on by and a lady -who is completely delightful- comes into the room and takes us into an empty office as we waited for Simon Sarver. The man himself is horrid to deal with. He has an attitude like no other. He doesn’t seem to answer questions regarding how to go about the case. Earlier my mother, sister, and I had gone to Corradino and Papa and had a much more pleasant experience. So comparing it to this experience, was a huge let down. The man couldn’t give me a straight answer on most stuff, when I asked a question dealing with their physical therapist he responded very rudely with he’s not a doctor, abet he isn’t a doctor but he’s certainly dealt with cases relating to where a patient needed to see a doctor. Meanwhile, at Corradino and Papa’s the man whom we dealt with addressed the questions I had and kept a professional tone throughout our whole consultation. There were also multiple times where my mother and I were both told not to mention going to any other law office because it might upset Sarver. Honestly this place deserves a 0 star review, nothing about the experience was pleasant except the receptionist."
