"Terrible service, they forgot to give me a document for my license, and I almost missed the appointment, I was able to solve it by going to a nearby notary office; and for my ITIN number they did not tell me the correct procedure, only that I had to wait, I lost 5 months waiting for something that was never going to arrive because I had to make an appointment at the IRS and send the documents. By mail (they never told me that even though I went back the 3rd month to ask if I had to do something or send something) the attitude of the lady was terrible, “if you want, do it like I'm telling you now” “how strange that I didn't give you the document and the instructions” never at least an apology"
