"The young ladies did excellent while the computers took over 30 minutes to work properly in order to process the sales transaction. I’m a Banter card holder for the last three years every time I stop in the employee experience is wonderful but your registers are out dated. The employees spend more time apologizing for the system than the actual time it takes to pick an item. I spent almost an hr while waiting for the system to work and systems been rebooted. "Shady business practices! Go elsewhere. Had to get my daughters ear pierced again from closing up. Brought the original gold earring to match. After the employee matched our earring she put our old earring in a bag and put it in her desk acting like nothing happened. When asked for our earring back she says that she is going to keep it to be melted down because it’s damaged. The earring had no damage. When we demanded it back she acted as if it was us being weird and not her. Seemed as if that is the normal practice there and they hope you don’t say anything."
