"I must say my experience has been completely different since my first visit at Sally's in/around May 2022. I told myself I would never go there again. But I needed a good brand for vibrant color. Melyssa, the manager, has been nothing but amazing. She's so educated on vibrant hair as well since she has it herself. Everything she's recommended has worked amazingly. Today I saw Maye and she was the sweetest person ever. She held the Strawberry Leopard Fire for me until I got there after work, by the way the whole line of Strawberry Leopard is awesome, but back to the point... you guys have gained a loyal customer. So grateful I went back there. Definitely a different enviroment with those ladies."

"I went in the store today with the hope to find the proper care items for curly hair and I left with just that! A worker there named Aliyah was extremely helpful and even took the time to explain the differences between different products and how to properly use them for me so I knew the best fit. I walked in not knowing anything about what i need for my hair care then left with the right products for me and feeling confident about caring for my curls! Great experience!"

"This store needs to update their hours. On Google and on their website it is listed that they are open from 10 am to 7 on Tuesdays, which today happens to be a Tuesday. I got to the store at 6:10 to see the lights all turned off. We tried to open the door and it was locked, no sign or anything explaining an unexpected closing or anything. Waste of time and gas. Tried calling the store, and on the phone, the automated answering machine listed the store closing at 7. Ridiculous."

The employees are positive and very helpful, they know where to find the product you were looking for. They have a wide range of products for different hair textures. They also have body jewelry. This is my go-to beauty supply store over other places."
