"Showed up 15 minutes before close tring to get a quick kids cut the day before school for my daughter. The receptionist rude told me to leave they were “closing” great clips is supposed to take walk ins and because I wasted my time rushing there my daughter is going to her first day thinking she is ugly bc he brother cut her hair!!!"

"I couldn't find a salon that wasn't busy with over an hour wait or about to be closing. This location, unlike the one a short distance up the road which had an 80 minute wait, had 0 wait time. It was a ghost town inside. Not sure if it's a new location and no one knows about it or what but I will say I'm glad the hair cut was only for my daughter to get a trim. None of the people working the day we went looked like they had any experience with cutting hair, AT ALL. For a basic, nothing special trim... They did great. It ended up being a little longer than we wanted but I'd rather have that than it being shorter than what we wanted. I don't recommend anyone getting a cut that is detailed but I'm just judging based off appearance of each individual that was there that day. I also learned that Great Clips doesn't do anything besides cuts. No hair dying is done, atleast at this location but it's probably all of them."
