"Staff was EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful. I came in and politely asked for nails to which he replied, “We don’t sell nails here.” Imagine that- a hardware store with no nails. Right. I couldn’t either. Especially since I was staring at a box of nails directly behind him as I asked. After I pointed to the box nails that was clearly in both our eye sight, he threw the box on the counter and rudely asked me, “What else?” Refusing to escalate the matter any further, I left."
