"Nothing but good things to say about them. Mike explain the cost and gave me better options. Very helpful and I'll definitely recommend them to others."
"Just have to say that I had an amazing experience at Ed’s Auto Body ! Michael and Auggie were so helpful and accommodating. The body work they did on my truck was perfect . I highly recommend them"
"Went there for an estimate and they were way overpriced for a small job. But they are very busy and I guess they can't be bothered with none insurance claims. On the phone 150 to 200 actual quote 600 plus shop fee and tax."
"Very happy with the service. Had a bumper repaired and painted. The color matches perfectly and the car looks amazing. Everyone that I met there was very professional, friendly and helpful. When I went to get an estimate, Michael explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. The job was done on time and the price was good too. I highly recommend Ed’s Auto Body and I’ll definitely use their services in the future. Thank you!"
"For my situation the customer service and professionalism I received was above and beyond anything I had expected to receive the morning I decided to bring my truck in. Ed's auto body had already come highly recommended to me from a car enthusiast friend of mine and they did not disappoint and went all out to help me with my problem. I bought a 2019 Dodge Durango and after many years of not having a new car I wanted to enjoy the new car feeling as much as I could. That feeling was destroyed stupidly by me when after a snowstorm after putting the shovel in pile of snow about 2 feet off the truck, I tripped on shovel, as I cleaned the truck, hurdling the shovel into the nice new paint job causing a scratch about 2 inches long on my one month old truck. Not being able to sleep and making piece with the fact that I would have to pay a nice penny to fix this scratch I took the truck to Ed's for a quote. Being very honest with me the suggestion made was to ignore it because the work involved to fix the scratch was not worth it as the scratch was so small and they did not want me to sink all this money into it just to have the truck dinged at local store. That honestly I would forget about the scratch over time although they saw it in my eyes that forgetting was not going to happen and I would obsess about it for a long time. Now the quote they gave me was slightly higher than the price I had already made piece with I was going to spend, but they kept advising against it and actually offered multiple less costly options since they saw that I was really bothered by the scratch. In fact they offered options that built upon themselves in that if was not satisfied with the first option we could move to the next option. As we talked further and we started to talk about using touch up paint to fix the issue, they offered the option to actually apply the touch up paint that I had brought from home as a first attempt to fix the issue. If after this I was not satisfy we could then move onto the next solution, again much lower than original quote. Having worked with touch paint in the past and knowing that I could not do it well, I took them up on their offer. I originally thought they would just apply the touch up paint, but being the professionals that they are, they definitely put some elbow grease into the application, taking out several tools to first break the scratch down, polish the paint and then apply the touch up paint. All along they treated my truck as if it was their own and ensuring that the end result was satisfactory to them and me. This was all done within the hour that I was there. Again they made it so I could sleep again. I would recommend the expertise and customer service of Ed's auto shop for any of your auto body needs."
