Reviews
"School playground. Good for the kids. No swings for bigger kids. But kids manage."
"There should be some handball courts and possibly some tennis courts with all the property that is there. The bathrooms that are near the playground are horrendous. The smell is terrible. I'm sure they could figure out a better way and more hygienic way to have a bathroom. Is it supposed to be a national park."
"Great little park for the kids. Plenty of space to run around in. Basketball courts, swings, benches and slide."
"All park equipment was well maintained and overall the park was tidy."
"No Handball Court? This park has 10 (Yes, TEN) basketball hoops, but no handball court. This is an NYC park, handball courts are essential. There's even space for a full wall (2 courts) by replacing just two basketball hoops with a handball court. Who designed this park? Great Kills is lacking a clean, Parks Department Handball Court, the only court in the whole neighborhood is at I.S. 24, and isn't officially opened to the public (It's not on parks department property), and it's in terrible dilapidated condition. I will write to my local councilman because money should be allocated for a handball court here."
