"Terrible customer service at self checkout. There is this ignorant girl employee who is suppose to be a cashier clerk who decides at random she’s the loudest & smartest comedian dictator for stop & shop that works there, and the other big for nothing useless mute of a cashier is so lost he just stands there either on the phone or staring creepily into the distance in the way. None of these ruthless savages ever assist the elderly."
"The lines here are insane if you go anytime after 8am on a weekday and don’t even bother on a weekend. Absolutely miserable experience. All they need to do is replace and expand the incredibly dated self-checkout system and open up more lanes."
"Miserable place to shop. The lines are truly unlike any other store. Even the self check out doesn't have enough registers or they're just broken. 10 minutes of shopping is simply not worth 20+ minutes standing in line. The selection is really good for the area but certain items are priced insanely high."

"I visited the bakery department after being told I couldn't place an order over the phone. The young black girl with glasses wasn't very welcoming at all. Every request I was told was offered was indeed not available. I wanted an ice cream cake with a Lego theme. Even after I called another store and it was available I didn't want to make the extra trip but I didn't buy the cake eventually based on that young lady's attitude alone. I didn't feel comfortable with her handling my food."
