"If I can put 0, I will. HORRIBLE. I would definitely give zero stars if I could. After visiting store on 10/29, we have to run to hospital to remove ear piercing gun from ear. They couldn't remove in store.. Guess what, nanobody called from yesterday to ask how is everything."
"Took my daughter here for her first ear piercing. The person who did it was excellent, super patient and gentle. Ufortunately she was the only one working in the store at the time so she was under pressure to manage the checkout and the piercing station at the same time - she did so admirably, but the owners or managers of the store should treat their staff better than that so they can serve the customer demands of this busy location."
"Before you say I’m better let me add a first-hand knowledge of Claire’s department store, it’s a complete rip off workers are encouraged to sell you diamonds instead of what you ask for nothings free you pay for the kit that includes the cleaning which is just Celine solution salt water not worth it so if you like to get infection go to the Claire’s downtown."
