I had tried a couple other places when I moved here but wasn’t happy until I came to live by the sword with Remi !! it’s the absolute best for both lobe and specialty piercings, have a wide jewelry selection, and great prices. Remi is the absolute best and has done 6 of my piercings. They are beyond experienced and super patient when it comes to piercing location, sizing, recommendations, and when I’m being indecisive (lol). They’re super professional, nice, funny, helpful, and I recommend all of my friends to come get pierced with Remi. Absolutely LOVE !!"

"Was in town from LA and booked a double lobe piercing and a size up for my almost closed septum with Simone. Simone’s amazing! The process was so quick and painless. She’s super efficient and was checking in throughout the whole process to make sure I wasn’t having any abnormal discomfort. Guided me through breathing with the lobe piercings which was so helpful. This was the best piercing experience I’ve had to date. 10/10 recommend Simone and this studio as a whole. Great service for an amazing price."

"Looooved working with Remi. I was anxious going in since I hadn’t gotten anything pierced recently. I was just going to do the standard jewelry to save money but once I saw all the options, I decided to upgrade to solid gold and gold plated pieces. Remi helped me pick the best ones for my ear shapes, especially my cartilage since it would be a little tucked away. They were so patient as I browsed all the options and asked questions. My friend and I got pierced back-to-back and after seeing hers I felt a little at ease but still a little scared about what it would feel like. Once I sat in the chair, Remi was all good vibes and made me feel relaxed. We were laughing and chatting and then it was time to pierce! They started with my cartilage, then one in each lobe. I was shocked how painless it was. And something about the way they handled my ears (sounds weird, I know) just was so calming. They guided me through inhaling and exhaling as they pierced and it really felt like such a quick process. So so happy with the results!! And I didn’t experience much soreness around the new piercings the day or even 2 days after—they’re just tender to the touch but haven’t had to take any pain meds."

"I’ve gotten my two second lobe and two third lobe piercings done by David and my conch and helix piercings done by Remi and I could not recommend them enough (seriously I tell everyone to go to them). "I had an Ear Curation consultation with Jenna even though I scheduled with David! NO REGRETS! She is an amazing piecer and individual. She was so sweet, patient, knowledgeable, FUNNY, and made me extremely comfortable. She listened to my ideas and imparted her own expertise and imagination. We completed 5 piercings during my session and I'll definitely be back for the others. She was thorough in providing me information about aftercare and what to expect. See you in a few months Jenna. With that out of the way, I wish customer service from the staff was better. As I mentioned earlier, I had an appointment with David. He arrived pretty late and never attempted to serve me as a customer. After sitting for about 20 mins, I was just about to walk out until I was greeted by Jenna. If the staff can update customers on schedule changes or delays, that would be great. Disclaimer: I'm solely basing my review off of the service I received.
