The UPS Store 2744 Hylan Boulevard, Staten Island, NY 10306

"The staff at this location are responsible for losing two iPhones, we were given receipts. Then we were contacted by our provider that the items were never returned. The items were apparently stolen internally as we have the receipt for drop off. But after calling the store and speaking to a male employee I asked to speak with the manager on duty. I explained what happened and I was considering calling the authorities as we were being billed 1500.00 for the phones we dropped off in their custody. The male told me there was no manager on duty and “why would you get the police involved?”. I called back a half hour later to ask for the manager and the person who picked up the phone was the same person I spoke to before who now claimed to be the manager. I told him directly that he was the same person I spoke with on the first call and. Why did he lie and say he wasn’t the manager earlier? The next thing Verizon gets a notification (a month later) that the packages were “found” and then told they were ”lost”. Don’t trust this store. Especially with the staff working there currently. I’m filing a police report today as it still hasn’t been resolved."

"I come to this ups store all the time and it’s always such a good and friendly vibe. People who work there are friendly, helpful, they make shopping packages and returning stuff easy and you can tell that they’re a fun team. Not sure why so many people are saying all these negative things so I just wanted to leave an honest feedback from a regular happy customer."

"UNFORTUNATELY this is the closest store to my location and every week that I need to get something sent out or pick something up, it feels that I'm doing a favor to the workers that I'm using their store. Their attitudes of "I don't want to be here" to looking at customers and probably thinking "why are you here?!" It's disgusting. Who ever runs this place, you really ought to get your act together and have the crew change their ways."
