"It depends on who you get. My last time I was burnt with the builder gel. Tried saying that something felt off but she said it was normal. Ended up with sensitivity on my nails for weeks with mild discoloration seen once the gel was removed. Despite this, I’ve had good experiences prior to that ranging from very good to acceptable"
"I love this place, Im aways happy with my manicure and pedicure. Yesterday I went in for an SNS dip manicure and my nails were in really bad shape. They were all different lengths and I had been picking at them so they were not looking great. Nathaly did a really beautiful job. She was worried that she had filed too much but I really appreciated her attention to detail and patience with my busted up nails!"
"This is one of the best salons in Brooklyn!! The women who work there are always kind & welcoming! Price wise, compared to salons with the same aesthetic, it is really cheap! I always get dip for right under $65, and it lasts 4 weeks!"
"Clean and modern However the staff should all speak English well nail tech Carmen couldn't really understand what I wanted which was just a simple French pedicure I wanted a soft pink that would compliment my skin tone since I'm dark they showed me several different ones I was quite overwhelmed and when they did the test color on my toes for the one I picked it looked transparent and I was fine with that but she put several layers on and now it looks like a ashy pink a color that's made for a more fair skin lady and it's not evenly painted I'm quite annoyed I waisted 1hr 30min plus paying for parking on top of $60 for color that doesn't look good on my feet it was to light to do the French the white wouldn't really be visible so I just left it as is even more mad..."
