"Today I went to this supermarket but when I went to checkout, this cashier, her name was Zuri, made me put all the items in the bag even though I purchased the bag from them. I do not know if the person was racist, or this is how she deals with other customers. I had a lot of items to carry otherwise I would have talked to the manager on the spot. This was a very rude behavior the worst customer service I have experienced."

"I don't know how this place has anything other 1 star. I only come here if I need something in a pinch and I can't find it anywhere else nearby, for less. Food quality (e.g., produce) seems poor. Prices are obscene (huge markups on pretty much everything, even compared to other UES groceries). Easily the worst grocery store I've ever been to. Not even close."

"Mislabeled Prices, low quality meats & produce, prices about the same as a 24hr bodega. They’ve turned the plastic bag ban into a profit. The law is $0.05 per paper bag. Ask for paper bags and they charge 5x that, each, because “they have handles”…. Looking at the receipt on my way out always leaves me furious. (I know it’s not a lot of money, just makes my blood boil that they can get away with this) Trust me, if you can walk a few more blocks, go to Trader Joe’s on 60th. If you want to spend that much money on quality groceries at least go to Whole Foods/ Morton Williams and get your money’s worth!"
