"Honestly so disappointed with this place. I'm sure not every person here is bad but the girl I had was terrible. She left me with cuts on literally FOUR fingers (which are currently stinging btw). The nails are crooked and different shapes. She didn't even apply the gel polish correctly because there's bumps on and It felt like she was rushing. Truly upsetting."

"A year ago I gave this place 5 stars. Today they get 2. I always thought they were so clean. Until I saw one of there employees pull out wax remains from the garbage and place it in the wax paraffin machine. It was disgusting and unhealthy!! The dead skin from people feet are being remixed in the wax. I won't be going back. Also, service has changed not the same. I would gladly pay for a spa pedicure service but it's like getting overcharged for a basic pedi. Everything was rush rush. Moving on."

"Every single time the price is different even when I get the same service done ALL THE TIME. There is an upcharge for the smallest thing like clipping nails or removing gel polish to reapply gel polish. No prices posted because they change their prices constantly."

"Avoid! Be warned things have changed at Bo Bo and it’s bad! I’ve been coming here for years and as many of us probably do we stay loyal despite small issues because you give grace but I’ve visited them for the last time. The issues are now blaring! Cleanliness: There are major issues with cleanliness and sanitation, old skin everywhere especially around pedicure bowls, they do not clean between customers I had to ask them to and the woman took a towel wiped the pedicure bowl and then invited me to sit. I had to ask her to actually sanitize with a cleanser which she did reluctantly. Flies are everywhere. You have to keep swatting them while getting your service. They are on everything. Costs: they now charge $5 for every little thing from trimming nails even when getting a manicure and pedicure. That’s one of the reasons you get these services. I was getting gel polish but was charged $5 to remove the old gel!! This has not been the case ever and even when I came just 2 weeks ago. They surprise you once they start the service. I have my receipts from all my past services I get the same service every time this time it was $20 more from all the $5 micro charges. Service: They lost or don’t have them booked but all the familiar technicians who were friendly, welcoming and professional they are now rude and barely speak to you. The guy who is there with glasses is even ruder than ever before. There are a ton of great salons in the area. Bo Bo needs to do better in every single way. Really disappointing to watch a business go backwards in this way."

"THE BEST NAIL SALON HANDS down! Been coming here over a year! My nails last over a month and the service is the best. For nails I recommend my girl Bella. For toes everyone is amazing but if you want someone in particular ask for Candy! They are the sweetest and the know my sister and I everytime we go."
