"Wide range of quality options to choose from. Store is very clean and aisles are easy to maneuver through with a full cart. However, it would have been helpful if the sales associate brought to my attention the fact that I had twice as much pad/barrier (in comparison with flooring purchased at the time) as I needed for the flooring installation. Unopened pad/barrier was returned after flooring was installed."

"I am so happy with the service I received at the Tom’s River Store. Deborah was patient and helpful while assisting me with flooring choices (Coney Island LVP and Ducale White porcelain tile) and even suggested paint colors (which I followed). Nicholas was efficient in placing my orders assuring that I had the correct measurements. My master bedroom and en suite bath are gorgeous. Thank you!!"

"Absolutely terrible service at the returns counter. “Nasty Nancy” we’ll call her, will not accept online returns. All I had were two small samples. “We are not a sample store” were her words. I asked what that meant and Nancy goes “what I just said.” Excuse me? If I have samples I purchased from Floor and Decor online, why can’t they be returned here? She failed to explain why and didn’t have an alternative solution. I also returned a sample I purchased in store no problem, but online? Nope. Rude, condescending, careless and lazy. Nancy, you need to be retrained or let go. Terrible look for Floor and Decor. Happy I went with a local mom and pop flooring company instead."

"Floor & Decor made getting flooring for my new 3 season room easy! On the first day of shopping, a sales associate took his time showing us samples of what would work for our space. He explained the differences between the types of luxury vinyl they have. We 'purchased' full size samples to try in the room. I contacted the installation provider and set an appointment for measurements. The installer told me exactly what was needed to complete the job. I then went back to the store, returned my samples, and got my money back. I chose to bring it home, but the installer would have gotten it. I just wanted to be sure of the color. Now I just can't wait to have it installed!"
