"Was told to visit this showroom by my countertop and fireplace fabricator. Immediately upon entering and starting to browse through the products we were asked in a pretty stern way to sign in and someone would be able to assist us. We signed in as asked, waited about 20 minutes without anyone acknowledging us being there and then decided to walk around on our own. We were in the showroom for approximately 45 minutes without a single person asking if we needed help or being addressed. My wife and I saw a few things we did in fact like but then decided to leave refusing to give any business to a place that had very poor customer service and lack of attention to potential clients. Not that it should matter but we needed approximately 6-7 slabs of material for both the entire kitchen as well as a fireplace surround. More than happy to take our business elsewhere and will absolutely discourage anyone I know from even looking at anything MSI has to offer."

"Terrible warehouse full of rude people especially the staff member named STEVE! He’s unnecessarily rude and just has a disgusting attitude. Why would they have people like this working at a warehouse? Just making trucker’s life harder."

"My retailer sent me to MSI to pick out tiles and counter tops, as we arrived we had to sign in on a computer kiosk and put in our information as well as our retailer's info. This is a whole sale operation not retail. After signing in we were quickly called by a design expert who took us around looking for bathroom tile, kitchen tile, backsplash and flooring for a home we are remodeling. The women taking care of us showed us many options and was a great helping us design our tile for our bathroom as well as our kitchen backsplash and home flooring. We were given a paper form at the beginning and filled in the information of the tiles we liked and as we exited the establishment we met with a women who placed everything we liked into the computer system and it was sent to our retailer who helped us with the square footage and how much of each tile we needed. What a great system, they make the whole process so easy and enjoyable."

"DRIVERS. If you come in on Stelton rd, there is a no truck sign on Brunswick. IGNORE IT!!! The receiving warehouse is at 45 Brunswick. Do not go to 36 Brunswick. Man door by dock 17 but receiving office is all the way at the far end of building. No signs to direct you either. I called before I got here for information on where to go, the guy I spoke with was worthless and gave wrong information."

"There are numerous businesses within this complex. You need to know which building you are to go to before you arrive. DO NOT TAKE EXIT 5, STETSON RD IF YOU ARE OVER 4 TONS. GO TO EXIT 3 or 2. I don't remember the street names but it is south of Brunswick ave. This is the truck route. The fine for driving onto Brunswick ave. from Stetson is $1000. Once your within the complex, it is typical East coast attitude; i will get to it when i get to it. However, my loadi g was surprisingly quick. The guard was pleasant also,,,,helpful and informative. Thank you to both."
