"Well, I've only purchased from the folks at Eastwood Edison NJ just a few times, but each time has been the best experience anyone could have buying products from a supplier. Big guy who's temporarily managing the place, think his name is ED, is a mountain of a man with a mountain of knowledge. Every time I'm there, I stump him by having a question that's not exactly the standard, run of the mill question, as I tend to think outside the box. The man jumps on his computer, and contacts his technical dept, and within minutes we have an answer. Eastwood products I've used are (so far) top notch. Everything from engine paint to rust converter (amazing stuff), works better than any other products I've ever used over the last 40 years. Granted they're 5-8 times more expensive than anything you can buy in a box store, but IMO, well worth the extra expense. The rust converter (ITEM # 51676) is amazing stuff. I've bought the box store stuff for years, which is primarily phosphoric acid, and this stuff is 100X better. Use way less, and it leaves an awesome, paintable surface. Will it last long term ? Well, I have no idea, but it sure leaves a beautiful surface to topcoat with. The 3rd and final coat looked like it was painted already. Photo attached shows the 2nd coat application the next morning. Truly amazing stuff. Eastwoods 2 component epoxy primer is fantastic, as well as their high temp engine paint (you should buy the hardener), is wickedly durable. I had leftover material that would have gone to waste, but I coated a custom shop stool I had lying around, and the next day it was as if I had it professionally painted in an auto body shop. That's how nice the finish came out. My 5 year old exhaust system needed refreshing. Sanded it all down, used their cleaner prep, applied a coat of their 2 part primer, and then 2 coats of their engine paint. These parts are far enough away from the engine they won't be seeing 1000 degree temps. THey're like brand new. I'm hooked on Eastwood at this point, sadly enough."
