Reviews
"The staff here are incredible, they truly try to figure out what is best for your situation. Good prices as well. Better than the other three or four other stores in the neighborhood I have tried over the years."
"Terrible customer service. Rude Asian woman behind the counter."
"Sign says they’re open until 6. Showed up 5 mins before closing and the door was locked. The employee at the door told me she couldn’t help me because the register had already been closed. -In response to the owner: I truly appreciate that they’ve been working hard. Whether it was 5:58 or 5:55, the store was locked (maybe advertise that you close 5 mins before 6pm, not 6pm). Luckily Home Depot is open until 9pm for those late evening needs. I always try to support local businesses, and I’ll stick with Gartner’s in the future."
"The worst customer service ever.Their prices are out of this world double the amount of any other hardware store. The owner is extremely rude he told me quote on quote “if you don’t know what your doing get out of here”.He has the nerve for a meat head who sits in the back and eats all day."
"The worst customer service ever. I was quoted $350 for two aircondition and small TV mount, I confirmed the price TWO TIMES. The person came and installed the air conditioners then said that he didn't have time and was not told about the TV mount. When I called I was told it was $500 because they needed to get insurance. (Should have told me that upfront).there was no apology.. So I ended up having to pay someone else $80 to put up the TV mount. Then when I went in to pay the lady was super rude. I usually don't write bad reviews but this really made me angry. I am not someone who needs to be coddled but at least make eye contact and maybe apologize for their mistake. Will not be going there again. Follow up from last post. I did receive a call from Segundo offering to put up my TV and received an apology which was greatly appreciated, but unfortunately I have already paid someone else. So I will change my review to 3 stars."
