"Don’t bother going they sell items of the lowest quality. They will try to up sell you saying those are better quality. I bought a screw driver for $11 and it bent and broke within 5 minutes. I showed the lady behind the counter the bent and broken piece and she said how and I said because it’s cheap. The guy said he wouldn’t give me a return and only exchange for the same cheap item. I said I’ve bought screw drivers before even from dollar tree and it has never bent the way this one did. Ridiculous! Save your time and money not worth going there. Poor customer service."
"Horrible. I literally walked out after buying a bungee cord to pull a AC unit. I asked A FEW times will it hold??? He repeatedly said yes, well it BROKE. I asked to please exchange it as it was only 10 minutes that I bought it. He and this nasty old lady REFUSED. HORRIBLE PEOPLE. I STRONGLY URGE NOT TO GO HERE."
"They don't follow their own hours. I walked all the way there and they were closed 15 minutes early. No English either. No knowledge of hardware. Just poor customer service."
"I won’t give them any money, the lady behind the counter stole my money, she speaks no English, then when I asked for the money she started acting like she don’t know what I’m talking about, some customer was fighting that she was calling him a thief and when she was at fault she suddenly don’t speak English and pretended like she don’t know what she’s talking about!"
"The young man working in the store was very friendly, listened to me and understood what I was looking for, then helped me find the size nuts and bolts that best suited my needs. It was refreshing to enter a hardware store where I wasn't outright ignored for being female!"
