"This company is NOT true to their word. My neighbor and I both ordered fences with them a day or two apart and this company charged us both a delivery fee of $150 ea but they had nerve to deliver it on one pallet and leave my fences on my neighbors driveway which was across the street and two houses down from me. I asked the delivery guy to move my supplies to my driveway but the guy had a bad back and couldn't accomdate me. The owner, Adam was not very nice on the phone. I spoke with him twice and he was nasty on the third phone call he was as sweet as pie only to get me to agree that I was ok with leaving it on my neighbors driveway as he recorded our conversation. But I didn't agree I told him at least 3 times I was holding him responsible if fences were damaged. I have also been asking for the refund of my $150 delivery fee and they just ghosted me. No response to my emails or phone calls. Not the way to do business. They are lucky my stuff wasn't damaged. So very disappointing"
