"If you live close to a terminal, can get it shipped directly, and/or have plenty of time to spare, then I would recommend. If not, I would just pay the higher price elsewhere. GoHardwood's price came in a few hundred dollars shorter than others so we took a chance. We had to get our flooring sent to one of their terminals 40 minutes from our home but that drive seemed worth it. Once we ordered, we were notified it was backordered and the dates online were wrong. When it finally came in months later, the terminal was a disaster and lost part of our order meaning we had to make the 40 minute drive twice. When I reached out to GH's support, I received a response over a week later with a "we are sorry for the inconvenience". There is too much out of their control so I'd recommend paying the slightly higher price for less hassle."

"Very conservative refund policy. They wanted $600 to refund an order already at the warehouse plus freight charges for the flooring that had to ship from North Carolina. Mohawk warehouse sent me an e-mail saying the order was ready to pick up. But only part of it was ready turns out. Meanwhile my flooring guy stripped the old flooring out and wouldn’t finish the job until the rest of the flooring arrived which took about a week. Wife was going nuts."

"We were initially wary about ordering from a site that had little Google presence, but after being in contact with multiple customer service reps several times and ordering samples, we placed an order for 1,000+ sq.ft. of floors and underlayment. 1) Shipping of samples and the full floor order were exceptionally fast; took only several days to arrive to FL. 2) We were quoted $2.99 per sq.ft. from a local store for the same floor we got for $1.94 per sq.ft on GoHardwood. 3) We paid nothing for shipping because we were able to pick up from a Mohawk terminal location. No damage to our order. Since we found the floors we liked in person, we were confident we'd like what we were ordering online. Samples are about a third of a plank, so it can be a little difficult to imagine in a whole room. We still have to order pieces for stairs, and we're definitely coming back to this site. TL; DR: their price can't be beat, the product is wonderful, and the service was excellent."

"Great customer service!!! I worked with Eric and had a big issue with the flooring I ordered. 25%was unusable and it came direct from the factory this way. Another 50% had one bad side out of 4. So, out of 1000ft 250 was good. Eric called the rep and is shipping me >300ft to make up for the issues. took care of the problem and now my remodel can carry on!"
