"I have used Garfield Lumbar for many years for home improvement projects. During Covid I did a major renovation on my home and spent close to $75k in materials at Garfield Lumbar. Recently I contacted them for a part on a door and dealt with the same sales rep, Marcos. In the past I have found the prices to be fair and the customer service to be decent. After emailing photos of the part I needed I heard silence. I called three days later and it was excuse after excuse. Either their sales rep was left out the quote or the sizing question he had. In total I called Marcos a total of 5 times and have yet to receive one phone call in return. Lastly the quote he gave for the part was DOUBLE that of the big box stores. I am always one to support small business however I am not paying double and kissing they’re a$$ to give them business."

I needed an odd size board which they found and cut precisely for me — and only charged for the piece. You will never get service like that from your local box store. So worth the drive to Garfield NJ."
