"There isn't a star for DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE. My wife and I entered the store and Charlie followed us around like a lost soul. My wife looked at many samples and prices. While she was looking I asked to use the bathroom and was allowed, that was a wrong move, it was disgusting and smelled like a 10 fermented urine sample. I came back out and went to the showroom where my wife was and we decided to leave. With that in mind we proceed to leave and my wife trips and falls down on I would say a 2 inch and better transition in the two floors from the showroom to the front of the store. She thank GOD broke her fall and didn't knock her teeth out but hit her head, banged and scraped her knee knee pretty dad, twisted her ankle and hurt her arm and shoulder breaking her fall. As she lays there moaning and straight ahead at the desk sits Charlie and a worker emotionless with no concern or offer to her never mind a stupid question "are you ok and need help" that wasn't even asked. Un-Damn believable besides I had to ask "can someone please help me pick my wife up, STILL with no movement to help???? Are you kidding, watching me struggle to get her up to sit on a pile of pails of glue, no chair offered. Not even asking if she seeks any medical help, even to offer a ice pack from a first aid kit MANDATED of every business to have that they probably didn't have or own. There's even the more sad part, when I somewhat calm down and ask Charlie how the hell can something like that in a so called flooring store or ANY store for that matter have such a dangerous step like that. What if it was a very elderly person fell and broke their hip, yep, you guessed it, no answer or reaction. Charlie foolishly proceeds to tell me it's been like that for 7 years, YES 7 years but they ordered a saddle special made and it's in their back supply room. Your supposed to be a flooring company, install the damn saddle. As I'm standing outside with Charlie doing my best not to explode, he tells me that to keep in mind a Jewish holiday is coming and make sure I get my order in. I call the following to speak to a manager to complain about this UNPROFESSIONAL BARBARIC treatment and who do I get on the phone, Charlie, NOT ASKING how's your wife feel but did you look through the catalog. I have been in the construction trades for 45 years and NEVER seen anyone operate like this. STILL waiting for the managers call back. DAMN SICKENING. BEWARE PUBLIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"Absolutely the worst customer service ever. Had purchased 5 bottles of hardwood floor cleaner only to find out it was the wrong kind for my floors. I was not able to return right away and when I tried to was told they would not take the remaining 4 bottles back. Said they could not take the inventory, meanwhile they have a 3/4 empty display of the stuff on the floor. When I pointed that out, was told the system could not process the return. Typical of a poorly run low budget shop such as this. Makes me not want to support small business such as this, even though they can very easily differentiate themselves from big box store by providing excellent customer service. Did exactly the opposite and should be ashamed."
