The staff go out of their way to be on-hand and helpful to every single customer. If you indicate in any way you are searching for something (and sometimes even if you don't), expect to be offered help promptly! And they know their stuff. Always very helpful and informative with their inventory, products, and related use(s). Polite and friendly as well, would that every store/business have such delightful and professional staff. Clean, great selection, glad to have such a good hardware store so close by."
