"I have been going to this store for many years but my last visit in the beginning of July 2023 made me seriously think about what is going on with the store. I bought a 12 outlet power strip and when I got home I plugged it in. It was only putting out 30v not 120v like it was supposed to. I decided to return this power strip to the store and when I got to the store after I told the cashier that there’s something wrong with the power strip, and could possibly be dangerous, the stores manager took the power strip and hung it back up on the rack, where it was originally even after I told him there is a problem with the power strip. The next person that buys this could possibly be hurt or damage their equipment. I had to use my tester when my Google smart clock would not power on plugged into the power strip. So this is what happens when you return stuff to Harbor Freight. I called the customer service number and our regional manager was supposed to call me never did. I don’t think they care. Watch out for the store as you may be buying defective and dangerous products."
