Yard staff was very nice and cut some scrape wood for me to buy + they gave me some nails they had. Smell of fresh lumber will always remind me of my father ......"

"Not a place for DIYers and women. Sales and lumber cutting team were very rude and took their annoyance out on me when their own sales team accepted my small order online and directed me to this location to fulfill it. They most definitely would have not did this if I was a man. The lumber cutter was even complaining about my order to another customer which was uncalled for and very uncomfortable as if it was my fault he had to do his job. After he was done with my order, he just left it on the saw and walked away. Just incredibly disrespectful, immature and odd behavior coming from a grown man. Apparently, they hate doing small orders and their employees were not able to communicate to their management on not accepting small orders since it takes up so much of their time. I was appalled by the treatment that I've received by this location and lack of response from the company after I messaged their sales team about what happened. I would take time out to find other lumber companies that are bit more accommodating to DIYers and have employees that aren't emotionally immature.... Update - 2023/07/28 Gave a call to the sales manager as requested by the "owner". He gave a standard apology on behalf on the company for how I perceived the situation basically and other standard customer service responses that a manager would give to a disgruntled customer. Still wouldn't go back to this store."

"I had a 2 Anderson doors installed by Jaeger and it was great. Bruce and Curt were friendly, helpful, responsive and total professionals. I never even had to go to the store -- we managed all of it over email and phone --with C19, that was great! They came and spec'ed the project, I put a deposit down and they got the job done within a few weeks. But get this: the doors needed an adjustment 4 months later and they came back and fixed it within 24 hrs of my email. Amazing. I highly recommend the Jaeger home services division."

He helped us choose the right set of doors to match our previous look, but with much better functionality. The installation did not take long either. They arrived in the morning and completed the job by the afternoon. The quality of work is excellent and neat. I highly recommend Jaeger for any home projects .
