"I was really looking forward to coming here because the artist (Sydney Osso) is very talented and I thought she could do a great job with my text tattoo. I will say the shop is very clean and everyone there was friendly. I was told ahead of time that the cost of my tattoo would be $550, which I thought was a little steep but I figured for the quality of her work it would be worth it. I also assumed it might take a while. The tattoo ended up taking about 40 minutes and it just... didn't quite turn out right. Based on the stencil I expected the letters to be very straight and you can see in the picture that they're kinda wonky, even accounting for the natural curves and movement of my body. I get everyone has off days but it was very expensive and is on my body forever. I reached out to the artist explaining my concerns and she just ignored me. I even reached out on her Instagram to see if there was a better way to contact the shop and no response. I expected that maybe she'd tell me there was nothing she could do for me but I find it very unprofessional to not even respond. If you go to this artist I would recommend not getting a text tattoo because it doesn't seem to be something she can do well consistently."
