"Had the keratin lash lift done about a month/month and a half ago. One eye came out perfect and is growing out fine, while the other eye is absolutely horrible. It ruined my lashes on my one eye. They are all growing in fried and crooked with bald spots (this eye from the beginning didn’t come out as good as the other) Would never recommend this treatment. You can see in the pictures the good eye and the bad eye."

"Not happy with my hybrid set it looks poorly the pic is taken right after I left. The stylish Stacie was nice but had a lot of troubles. She made me nervous as she pulled few times on my real lashes. Dissapointed. Answer to the owner: that pic was taken in the car after I left so why would I brush it? Righ eye has visibly less lashes than left one. I could see that diff when i quickly picked in the mirror. Anyway please cancel my appointment for the refill. “ as I mentioned earlier the stylist was loudly saying to her coworkers she has troubles doing the lashes, I honestly felt bad and wanted give her another chance, but it’s not worth the $” have a great day"

The salon is also very cute and clean, and the girls are all very friendly! Every appointment is a 10/10 experience!"

"Previously I have gotten two lash lifts by a different artist that my lashes didn't take well to. After looking at and loving Stacies work, I decided to give this place, and a new artist, a try. Stacie is so so pleasant and sweet. When she was finished my lift she expressed that she was a bit disappointed as they didn't look the way she would have wanted. To make her feel more comfortable, I did express that it happened to me before. She said next time she would try a smaller rod. After a few hours with the lashes, I really wasn't pleased. I paid $150 for the service and wasn't loving the results. I called the salon to express my disappointment and spoke to the manager (Miranda), who spoke to the owner (Alexa) and called me back. She said the owner said I can come back in two weeks and since "I said it happens often" they could perform the service again for half the price. The manager said I have to come back frequently to "train my lash hair" to curl up (which seems a bit odd to me and couldn't find that in research). All in all my experience wasn't terrible, no one was ever rude, but I wish my results were different and there was accommodation, instead of making it seem like it was my own fault (I don't know how to fix that!)."
