"I am a local and have come to studio 2 a few times. I had the worst experience and will never return. I booked an appointment for their full service hair cut, I needed a trim. When it came time to blow dry my hair the stylist started scrunching it with product, ran the blow dryer through it for a few minutes and said I was done. I had looked like I was electrocuted and my hair was still very wet! She never asked how I wanted my hair dried and she took it upon herself to assume I just didn’t want it dry at all, just filled with product that made it crunchy and hard. When I got up I noticed she very quickly took another client. They were clearly trying to squeeze in people before closing on Saturday. Although they gave every excuse in the book, down to “you really just pay for the cut and then the blow dry is an added bonus if you want.” OK well then why are some customers getting the added bonus and some not?! When I went to pay they charged me for a full service hair cut even though I didn’t receive a blow dry. I Was told the salon manager would definitely be calling me to make things right. I’m wondering if the lady at the front even told the manager or maybe the manager jusy doesn’t care about customer service. I am still floored that they felt it was fair to list a service, provide half and then charge the customer the full amount. Too many amazing salons down here to settle for that—not worth the money!"

"Fabulous hair salon! I moved here about a year ago from New York and was nervous to go to anyone other than my sister and her hair salon. The nerves quickly went away stepping foot into Studio 2 Hair Salon because the atmosphere makes you feel right at home. Christina is my hair stylist and every single time she does such an incredible job on my hair. Not only is she talented but she is so knowlegeable, funny and so kind!
