"Ordered mushroom chicken as one of the items in the bigger plate and was put into a small carton While I walk down the line towards the cash register. When I opened up the carton after I sat down in the restaurant, there was no chicken in there and all mushrooms. I brought it back to the manager and she said it was a mistake and I told her there was no way it had to be intentional. She said it was 100% a mistake and I told her it was ridiculous and I was calling the corporate office. Her name is Kathleen. Make sure you check your food anytime it’s put in a small carton because this is the things that they do."

"A very busy spot, they have great food and while they didn't fill the small box up (apparently the boxes were the rice boxes instead of the true meat/veggie ones), it's by far simple comfort Chinese food. Consistent and delicious orange chicken."

"I don’t know how you mess rice up but they some how managed to do it. This was literally some of the most bland food I’ve ever had. I know it’s fast food but I would’ve rather spent the money at Chipotle to get something with flavor. Portions are garbage. I ordered their “bigger plate” yet some how got smaller portions than my girlfriend who got the bowl."
