"This is the second time I've had a tattoo done at Rising Dragon (the first was well over a decade ago), and this new experience was (as the first one was) absolutely first-rate. My tattooist, Darren, and I went back and forth about the design, and he truly listened to my ideas, presented ideas of his own, and what we ended up with was not really like what I'd initially had in mind—but, truly, so much better. (I think that listening to the artist/expert is always a good idea.) The tattoo was done in two sessions and couldn't have been a more genial experience. And I couldn't be happier with the result."
