"Terrible ！ Terrible! Terrible! Lumps, bumps on every nail. Terrible fitting of tips to my nail size. I’ve been debating on leaving this review for the past couple weeks. But I kept giving them chance after chance, hoping they’d prove me wrong. I was right. The last two visits were especially horrible. The last time I had a gel manicure which didn’t even last 4 days. I though it was just bad luck. I went again and this time every nail chipped and two nails the paint just completely peeled off all togethor within 5 days. I called and told them what happened and they agreed to fix it on them since this was the second time this happened back to back. I went in and picked my colors and they re did my nails and when I go to pay they sneakily charged me for the nails. I told them I wasn’t being charged. So I guess the owner comes over and tells me no it wasn’t a fix because we did a full manicure which was a suprise yo me since they didn’t say anything before. What bothers me isn’t the money, which is honestly the least. What bothers me is how sneaky they were about it and knew I was under the impression of getting it fixed and they didn’t bother telling me before hand hat it was going to be a charge because they filed my damn nails. Every nail was broken or chipped. They would have had to take off everything and start over anyways. Long story short. Be careful. Cross your t’s and dot your i’s with them. They are not trustworthy"

"NEVER GO—- BIG NO… the lady ruined my day and my nails. She charged me for extra services that I didn’t get and then when I asked to do my choice of color she refused. When I asked to do any design she kept saying no. Worse experience ever. I am crying for going there and spending my time and money."

"I had my nails done on Saturday and realized on Monday that the service was not up to par and that my own nail was not adhered to the acrylics that were just put on. I went back and explained to the owner of my problem. Her answer was to glue them which I refused.I was told that the acrylics were old and needed to be changed which would have been fine if that was originally suggested but they wanted to charge me again for another service with no credit from the first. After much discussion I finally had them changed for an additional $20. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will not be returning"

"Went in on a early afternoon on a Friday to get my haircut. Alice ended up convincing me to ad low lights. I said why not and she started right away. Once she was done I couldn’t believe it. Alice gave the greatest cut and color.?She’s absolutely amazing . She’s gained a new customer for life. Thank you Alice for making me look and feel great."
