"Worst nail spa ever I called to make an appt and our phone convo entails this - I asked for powder gel, the gentleman John or zhao who answered the call asked length of my nails, I told him they were short and he suggested something that’s better and would look natural he said, I told him I don’t want anything that involves gel light, he said sure it doesn’t involve gel light. I got there and the lady was about to use the gel light, I told them no I want powder gel and not regular gel. He told me I would have to wait 20 mins (it all seemed like because they didn’t have staff and wanted to do what was available), I waited 20 mins or more and the tech takes me in - she did a mediocre job, the job was poorly done,kept causing pain while using the instruments, she pressed my shoulders like a feather calling it a massage and used a cold towel to dry my hands. At this point I was very disappointed - I didn’t want to tip her but I felt bad and still gave her $2 She goes no I want more it should be $5 or more, I told her I did not like your job and she kept whining - I tipped her $5 and left"

"I’ve been here a couple of times , it’s pretty decent nothing different from any other nail salon . It’s just unfortunate that when you have an issue or would like something to be done another way , the male manager cuts you off and says everything with “it’s okay honey “ like if that makes the situation any better ."

"I start to use this place 8 months ago, I was good in the beginning but 2 last visits makes me feel do not go to this place any more. 3 weeks ago I had to totally redone my gel manicure in 2 days because it fell of immediately, and 5 days ago I gave them a second chance and the same thing happened, besides they raised a price over last couple of weeks."

"The reason why I gave 3 starts is because they are rude when they talk to me. The other day I was moved 3 times, I don't understand why I had to be moved and not someone else eventough I had an appointment. There is a way to talk to people. John the owner I heard him talk to other people and he was so nice. I think he favorites as to who he is nice to. I had been going to this salon for 3 years and I don't deserve to be treated this way. The main reason why I continue going is because they do my nails really good. Eventhough it has been 2 weeks it still looks really good."
