"Not that I even need to leave a review to warn people because there are so many terrible reviews already - but story time anyway- my little sister came here and after a MEDIOCRE manicure (mediocre is being generous) the nail “artist” (artist is being generous) cut her on multiple cuticles due to lack of technical skill, and I’ll let the picture tell the rest. I guess if you’ve never had a good manicure before you may think this was fine but everyone who’s had a real nail artist isn’t falling for this mess. All that being said- we don’t complain about the nails-people have to train and practice to become good after all- BUT THEN the nail tech with the shaved head and glasses ( you know who you are and sadly I missed your name) proceeds to ask, in front of customers and her manager that apparently has no administrative skills or leadership skills, she asks “is that all you’re going to tip?” She tipped 20% as is standard for service industry jobs. 20% for the worst manicure service I had heard of and they have the nerve to ask that? How unprofessional and tacky can one human get? You deserved no tip by the end of this for various reasons but luckily some of us aren’t embarrassingly inept in social awareness. I hope you learn something from all these bad reviews or get out of the service industry. Boooo. 0/10."
"I can no longer go there because of the blatant dismissal of person that did my nails made me feel like I was the problem for pointing out a discrepancy with my nails. When showing the tech both nails for reference to clearly see the noticeable difference I was belittled about taking too long in between fill ins. You dont know people's financial situation to make them feel like that. As a mom I put myself on the back burner to take care of everyone else so my self care is often neglected not by choice. But for someone to lack professionalism and empathy because they don't know person's situation to make them feel like that will no longer get my money. I came there alot and never complain but the one time I point out an error I'm belittled about my financial situation. No thank you I'll find another place that treats everyone with respect."
"They lost me as a customer with the horrible job they did on my mani and pedi last time. As soon as I got home, I noticed my gel pedicure was not dry and it peeled off of both feet. My manicure gel started to peel also and one nail even pooped off. They are extremely rude so I never went back for them to correct it. I just won’t go back. I can spend my money where I want and it will no longer be here. I am a professional and my nails must look good. I found a nice salon in So Brunswick which is cheaper and better."
"What a horrible place. Went a week ago and got a full set gel and it started peeling after 3 days of use went back and said I’ll take a color change and to trim the nails a little shorter the manager was not in the mood to be there and was back talking customers as they were calling for appointments. She was so annoyed about being there she even cut my finger in this filing process. She filed the nails so down that there is no acrylic and they are paper thin and a day later they are again chipping again. I paid $60 the first time with $10 tip and $35 + tip $45 four days later. I have a full video of her disgusting attitude and the situation as proof of the horrible encounter. Oh and when I asked her name or for the manager supposedly she is the manager and has “no name”. Horrible experience"
"The worst costumer service I ever experienced the worst attitudes and disgusting manners they don’t care to do a good job they just want money I paid 70 for these because there long but my friend was getting the same length if anything longer and they didn’t charge her for length they pick and chose there prices when they feel like it and this is how they came out I asked for something completely different the lady at the front desk was so incredibly rude she told me I had to pay extra because apparently my nail bed was too small and it was too much work to do so unprofessional and there so rough when doing nails the lady doing my nails argued with me because she cut my nails too short and I asked for them to be longer even though she cut them without asking me if I wanted the nails long or not . Save your money and time and don’t go keep in mind I didn’t leave a tip because they treated me like absolute garbage and as I was walking out the lady at the front yelled in the whole store “NO TIP”."
