"This place should be shut down. They are very unprofessional. They cancelled on me the day of my appointment. I was speaking to the Julie on the phone and SHE HUNG UP ON ME. Very unprofessional. This is not the first time they have done this. They have cancelled our appts very last minute on multiple occasions."

"Do not waste your money and go here. They are amateurs they do not know how to do nails or to take care of your natural nail. I’ve been living across the street and I go there for just the convenience and the recent set that I got was for vacation. usually i like my nail on the longer side so of course I expect to pay more for the last 2 1/2 years I’ve spent $65 each time plus I always leave a $20 tip ..for vacation I got a shorter set and I went in with a grown out set that I needed to be removed. And what did she do, rip every single fingernail well below skin line and after I told her that it was hurting and not to rip them off and even after every single finger started to bleed, she still continued, so not only did she destroy my nails, but then for this shorter set shorter than the ones that I’ve ever gotten here she charged me $98. Went on vacation the next day… they ALL lifted. Nd 3 popped off. 98$? Please. Then they pressure u to get short nails when they over book. Dont waste ur time."

"Julie is spot on every time. So sweet, so accommodating always and makes sure you are comfortable. I’ve been going here for 6 years now and I don’t trust anyone else doing my nails. Julie is the best of the best!!!"

"Firstly I give two stars for allowing walk in appointments and the staff being kind. But that’s where the good part ends. Zero knowledge on how to prep the nail. They didn’t push my cuticle. The way they shaped my acrylic nail looks flat and horrible. The color ranges are also sooo basic. On top of that they charge $45! I would personally pay $25 for this type of work. DON’T RECOMMEND!"
