"Made an appointment specifically for 2:30 with Maria...get there, wait until 2:50 and she's still taking her sweet time doing another clients nails. When I approach her to tell her I had an appointment with her at 2:30, she rudely pops off telling me "I'm not gonna be done anytime soon SORRY! Talk to the owner who booked you, I didn't book you not my problem" . Disgusting unprofessional place. Wasted my time. Dint make appointments if you can't respect other people's times and money! You're in a service industry! Customer is ALWAYS right! If you make an appointment with someone and then take no responsibility for not being available for your appointment, you should offer your clients an incentive to want to return to make things right! That's how business is done! No one makes an appointment and then leaves you hanging and then deflects all blame on to the client when they just wasted the clients day! Disgusting unprofessional low class business."

I haven't done my nails in over a year...and finally went in today to see her and the new store. It's immaculate and she has updated features such as, disposable plastic liners in the water tubs for a higher level of cleanliness... bag hooks so your purse is not in the way or on the floor..... as well as a tray to hold your drinks, phone, etc. SNS takes pride in what they do. They are kind, accommodating, and gentle, and most important, experienced. Always feel like I am going to visit family when I go see her. LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!"
