"The store had the products I was looking for. However they failed to have a good attitude toward customers. I wanted to use my birthday perks and receive the free gift. I felt rushed, and as if I was an issue for them. As opposed to a paying, valued customer. Personally, was not a fan of them. The person on register should be somewhat tolerable, and not completely rude."

"Horrible human beings as sales associates. I came in today, I suffer from social Anxiety and 3-4 sales associates working the morning shift, we’re laughing at me. They aren’t even smart enough to hide it. One of them said “I mean at least look in the mirror before stepping outside.” I won’t be coming back, because they triggered me into a panic attack. Do better ulta and hire decent humans."

"Went to shop here and is kept very nice and clean. However I went to pay and there's 1 cashier, at holiday time no less...waited on line 10 minutes finally told by cashier the coupon I was using wasnt scanning that day. But she said pay anyway as it's only 15 dollars, in a nasty tone!. Didn't seem to know about overriding coupon, and with long line behind me didnt want to bother to ask for a manager. Very disappointing experience, won't return to this location."

"This has happen to my family in the above store. My wife went to shop at the store and want a certain products that was behind the locked display. After she paid and left the store she found it was not the correct product and it was broken. She went back to the associate to complain .She found no customer service with Ms Melina me Marlin. She accused my wife of take the content and empty it and bring back the product. She was an obvious racism in olive as other customer were treated much nicer. Only online customer service force them to return against their wish. Please avoid the store and order online to avoid this. They are short of one very important product customer service and nice treatment of all people and color."
