"Stopped in on the 17th for a gel manicure, my first time here. Place seemed busy, staff was friendly, gave me a nice gift bag with hand lotion for the holidays. By Christmas my nails were already falling off, seems the gel only secured in the center rather than the edges. Was hoping to keep them til New Years, but looks like I'll need to get them redone elsewhere."

Outside of the impeccable service, my favorite thing is that my nail techs are always ready at the precise time of my appointment. "I wasn’t happy. First, I couldn’t pick a color I wanted. I understand they don’t have one of my choices, but they didn’t have the five colors I picked. Second, I felt very rushed. And finally, two nails came off after 10 days."

"Now known as GS Sarah Nail (under new ownership). I WAS a loyal customer for years. If you are going for a pedicure please make sure your legs are smooth and date ready. Do not go to the nail salon ready to relax. They will comment if you have any stubble. Completely unprofessional, they embarrassed me and made me so uncomfortable. After obviously talking about me, I was asked if I was wearing a coat on my legs and laughed at by four of their employees. I felt bullied and was mortified. I paid for my service only as I didn’t feel they deserved a tip due to their unprofessional behavior. I was called out in-front of the whole salon for not tipping as I was walking out the door. I made my feelings loud and clear at that point and explained what led to how I felt. Management did absolutely nothing. Horrible experience."
