"Got a french tip pedicure and the service was great and fast. they used new files and new tools. the business seems to be ran by all hispanic women which is great to see and they were all very assertive and kind. the salon is clean and well decorated. would come back again"

"Came in for a gel manicure and regular pedicure. I will start with what I liked about the place... There is parking in the back. There wasn’t a long wait time. The pedicure was ok at best. Now, if your looking for expertise, great quality, attention to customer, and professionalism don’t waste your time and money here. First, I walked in and no one cared to look up. Who appeared to be the owner finally looks up and rudely asks “what you want do?” Im understanding to language barriers so I didn't care about this part, whatever it is what it is. Then I proceed to say what I came in for no answer, no take a seat, no pick a color, no your next or you have to wait, nothing. So, Im just standing there like “ok so am I going to be worked on or nah!?” But I sit because Im there lets see where this goes. The man walks over and give me a batch of colors to pick from, still I dont know whose doing my nails, how long the wait. So I ask and he says “your next”. I get this Spanish lady, I speak spanish so to make it easier to understand eachother I speak to her in spanish also so she can be more comfortable. She had the nastiest attitude the whole time! She was upset because the color I chose she couldnt find it. Apparently this was my fault. Then i showed her what I wanted. It was a simple french manicure style with some lines nothing super fancy or difficult but I would have appreciated if she did not know how to do it just say that I would have just picked a color and no design to make HER life easier. Please look at the photos for what I asked vs. what I got. Mind you, I was very nice about it. I was just like whatever its done its gel im not gonna go through all the trouble of complaining. But i did let her know i didnt love it and that it was super messy, she did not care. My 7 y/o would have done a better job with her toy nail polishes! I go over to pay and i showed the “owner” what i asked for and what I got and he was just like “sorry next time ask for my wife”. Next time!? What makes you think there will be a next time? Still im a cool, calm “whatever” kind of person so After I pay I go over to the lady to give her a (not deserved) tip. I always tip because I feel bad if I dont. She looked so annoyed when I went over to give her the tip, she was working on the next pedicure she goes “put it on my table” like i was leaving her a problem not a tip. For the price I paid for a gel mani and pedi. This aint it! If you are ok with just ok service then it will be ok for you. Nothing fancy or special about this place."

"Impressive. I got a fill in and he fixed how thick the acrylic was Then look great! Their plain poish options are not that extensive. Gel has more choices. They are fast but detailed. I have veey happy woth the outcome. The fillin was 15 dollars"

"Updated- was going to Cindy for months and all of a sudden I would make appointments and she wouldnt show..or she would plan a time and be late..or she would plan a time and have 2 other ppl in front of me.. she did such good nails and spoke English I really enjoyed going but now I found another place more organized. Cindy is the best tech! I used to have cracked nails..broken nails all the time.. not one crack or chip or broken nail since I started going to her. I get the SNS dip powder. I type all day so its important I have something that's not going to chip or break"
