"Save your money the owners are rude. The pricing is always made up. They charge $5 to use your credit card which is illegal. I tried to like them but every time my nails either chip or break within 2 days. Rude, over priced with cheap products that don’t last. If you want to pay to get your nails done every 2-3 days this is the place"

"Worst service I’ve ever had. The lady who did my feet was a great person because she was nice and polite. Flor was her name. But, NICOLE needs to get FIRED or you guys will loose more customers. !!! NICOLE lied to me about her name and told me it was VANESSA but she thought I wasn’t gonna look at the receipt paper where they right the amount and their name. I grabbed it to see it was really NICOLE her name. She was rude and nasty. And the only reason I didn’t retaliate with the same energy is because everyone else was busy and I didn’t want to wait any longer to get my nails done. But she is the worst person you can go to. I recommend going to FASHION NAILS up the street to save you the trouble of dealing with a nasty rude person like her. And not to even try to add the racist card in there but she was acting as if she was. Everything I was asking for was a problem for her. If I’m the paying customer why are you giving me s hard time. Literally everything I asked for was simple. I asked for her to remove the UV gel I had on and out acrylic instead and even the nails were short and the design was simple this girl needs to be FIRED IF SHE DOESN’T LIKE HER JOB!! REPLACE HER WITH SOMEONE WHO DOES. I’m never coming here again. How do you forget to put a top coat after applying Gel Polish. Then arguing with me about her putting it on after I was clearly watching her the entire time that she didn’t. The manager had to come and tell her stop going back and forth with the customer that is so embarrassing for your facility. But yes people o recommend not coming here. EVER. At least not Until this girl is no longer working there because 9 times out of 10 you may encounter her. Worst experience. And she’s lucky I was tired from a long day at work or I would of made sure she felt the heat right back."

I love love my nails!!! The salon provides a selection of fashion-forward nail colors, allowing you to express your personal style. They're very detail oriented and made sure I was happy with my nails."

"I had a fantastic experience at Future Nails & Spa today in preparation for my bridal photos. The staff is very welcoming and friendly and are very upfront on pricing and what options you have. Lisa is exceptional, I am not sure the name of the woman who did my pedicure but she did a terrific job. Lisa did my shellac French nails with design. She is outstanding and very meticulous/ high attention to detail. I will definitely be returning for my wedding day nails and beyond!"

"Everything is MEDIOCRE & OVERPRICED from this place. Got an eyebrow wax once from them, it was UNEVEN! Gel polish doesn’t even last a week …. After this happened to me for the 3rd time, I came back within a week to request a color change & they charged me $35 for the same thing to happen again! She filed my nails AFTER polishing because they can’t shape for s**t! As you can see that is a fresh set CHIPPING. I wouldn’t even give them give them my money for a set removal which they probably would’ve charged for as well. I RIPPED them off. NEVER AGAIN… would give 0 stars if I could. Go anywhere else on wood ave it’s plenty to choose from!"
