"After getting a pedicure here, I got an infection on my toe a week later. Had to get a third of my toe nail extracted. Doctor said the person who did my toes cut too deep, and pushed down on my cuticle. Terrible experience, will not be getting my toes done here anymore. Manicure wise, I had a great experience with Orquidia and will continue to see her, but no one else."

"The worst experience ever unfortunately. After only 9 days the gel on my nails started chipping, the cuticles were not properly taken care of. MOST importantly, they do NOT use proper disinfection at this salon! The nail technician basically sprayed all the tools she used on my toes/nails with an alcohol spray. That is not how it is done, absolutely anti-sanitary. FYI, if you don't know how proper sterilization is done - the technician is supposed to take out untouched tools in the sealed package from the autoclave sterile machine and show it to you. It was not done at this salon."

"Found J and J in a pinch looking for a place that opened on a Sunday and so glad I found this place. It s a family run business with attention to customers. Alan did my powder dip nails. Very knowledgeable about nails. Service was excellent and my nails came out beautiful. Highly recommend"

"I got my nails done in Linden and they only lasted 2 weeks with 2 nails off. I wanted to get a refill somewhere else and was happy that I found J&J Nails especially because they opened on Sundays. I forgot the gentlemen's name (it's 4 letters) but he was nice! We ended up taking off the old nails and got a full set done. He took his time to complete my nails and checked in with me frequently. Very happy with my simple nails."

"Update (burgundy set): Went back 3 weeks later for a fill-in. Joe did not disappoint. He was able to do exactly what I asked for and they looked gorgeous for weeks. Original post (white set): My cousins and I made appointments for mani-pedis on Christmas Eve - we received excellent service and were all so happy with our nails. We all ended up getting a full seta instead of a regular manicures and I’m so glad I did. I absolutely loved how mine turned out. Alan was hilarious and did a fantastic job. Also super affordable - I was so happy with the service and my nails that I ended up getting a gift certificate for another family member for Christmas! I live out of state but I swear I would come back for the fill-in!"
