"RUINED one of my eyebrows during a waxing service after I asked for a light cleanup. The eyebrow is so overwaxed and looks NOTHING like the other one. Said brow is in pain/burning several hours later. Nail services here are mediocre. Very limited color selection. Got an infection on both big toes after a pedicure here back in May. Had to come here to write a review after my experience today. Will never be going back to this salon again."

"I’ve had positive experiences most times I’ve been, but this gel manicure is peeling off 5 hours after I got it…. I haven’t done anything and it’s started the peel (video) This is the same finger that was nipped during service (it happens) but it’s so frustrating that now the nail is falling off too"

"Terrible regular manicure. Polish was extra thick, applied unevenly and 3 hrs after I left the salon it’s still not dry/ very easily disturbed. I had to just remove it entirely— it was so clumpy and horrible looking. You can’t apply 3 thick coats of polish in this humid weather and should use a thinner if polish is old and extra thick… maybe my mistake choosing regular polish in this weather (I needed break from gel) but it’s not impossible to have a nice regular manicure in this heat you just have to do it right— thin out polish that’s getting thick and do THIN coats. Then it won’t take 3+ hrs to actually dry. This place didn’t know what they were doing."

"Weekday walk-in review: First time visiting this salon. I got a gel mani and gel pedi. I chose the sheer pink color and it came out great! The nail tech was nice, polite, and careful/gentle. Everything seemed clean and sanitized. My gel mani lasted about a week but my gel pedi is still going strong after 2 weeks. Will definitely return to try SNS/powder next."
